Wagner New Play Festival

The Wagner New Play Festival will return to UC San Diego showcasing five new plays written by MFA playwrights in UCSD’s Department of Theatre and Dance
New Directions
June 6-8
NEW DIRECTIONS features the work of student choreographers and will welcome dance makers and movers from across all areas, and beyond the department. The purpose of New Directions will be to engage dancers and choreographers across campus, and to support the next generation of embodied storytellers and movement makers. Join us in an evening of new work by student choreographers. Through these exciting new works, student choreographers are asking questions of lineage, community resilience empowerment, liberation and peace!
Summer Session Production Classes
SUMMER SESSIONS I & II
Production classes are taught by Theatre and Dance production department heads in several areas including costumes, lighting, makeup, props, scenery, and sound. This is a great opportunity to enroll in classes that are only offered in the summer sessions.
